Established in 2010, M/s Joseph and Co, Chartered Accountants, is a firm of Chartered Accountants providing taxation, risk and transaction advisory, audit and assurance, corporate, legal and management advisory services, with its Head office at Ernakulam and a Branch office at Trivandrum, Kerala.

Mr. Joseph Antony

Mr Joseph Antony is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India who has been in practice since 1992. He started his career as an individual CA and later in the year 1995, he joined M/s Rajiv & Rajagopal, a Chartered Accountants firm. He continued to be part of the team till December 2010. Mr Joseph Antony then ventured into founding M/s Joseph &Co in the year 2010 and has since been actively pursuing his professional life. Mr Joseph Antony has been a catalyst in expanding the portfolio of the firm’s services from traditional Auditing and Taxation to multi-faceted consultancy during the past decade.

Reshmi S Nath is a seasoned professional with over 7 years of experience, holding the titles of Chartered Accountant, Certified Sarbanes-Oxley Expert (CSOE), and Bachelor of Commerce. Her diverse career has seen her in roles as an Assistant Manager and Senior Auditor at EY LLP, offering consulting services to UK-based clients, and as an Audit Assistant at Joseph and Co Chartered Accountants.
Her wide-ranging responsibilities encompass supporting assurance engagements, conducting digital audits through automated methods, crafting reports and client schedules, and providing guidance and supervision to teams. She has also successfully managed full-scope statutory audits for international companies, ensuring adherence to IFRS standards and efficiently handling risk and technical accounting matters.
Reshmi’s exceptional skill set includes proficiency in data analytics,expertise in accounting software such as Tally, Zoho, and Xero, and a mastery of bank audits and advanced audit automation tools. Her professional aspirations lie in further advancing her career in qualifications that position her as an invaluable asset in the realm of finance and accounting
